Questions about WeeklyTake

About WeeklyTake

What is WeeklyTake?

WeeklyTake helps small businesses get their team to actually use the AI tools they pay for. Every Monday your team gets one question by email. On Thursday you see what's working and what's stuck. On Friday you tell them what you're changing.

Who is it for?

Owners and operations leads at companies of 10 to 100 people who've bought ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot or similar tools and aren't sure anyone is using them. You don't need an HR team to run it.

How does the weekly check-in work?

You pick a question, or use the one we suggest. WeeklyTake emails it to your team on Monday. They tap an answer inside the email and they're done.

What kind of questions does it ask?

Short, practical ones about how the new tools are going. For example: "How is the AI assistant working for you this week?" or "What got in the way of using it?" You can use our questions or write your own.

How long does it take my team?

About ten seconds. One tap in the email. A second question is optional.

Do my employees need an app or an account?

No. They answer from their work email. There's nothing to download and nothing to log in to.

Does it work with Outlook and Gmail?

Yes. The answers are simple links, so they work in any email app, on a computer or a phone.

What do I see on Thursday?

A short summary in plain English: how many people answered, what's working, what's getting in the way, and one or two things worth trying next.

What is the Friday update?

A short message from you to your team saying what you heard and what you're changing. WeeklyTake drafts it from the answers. You edit it and send it. It's the reason people keep answering, so we make it quick.

Privacy

Can I see how each person answered?

No. You only see results for the team as a whole. WeeklyTake never shows names, never shows anyone's individual answers, and hides results until at least three people have answered.

What about written comments?

You never see them word for word. WeeklyTake turns written comments into short, neutral themes, and a theme only shows once more than one person has raised it. That way nobody can be recognized by how they write.

Can I see who didn't answer?

No. WeeklyTake sends a couple of friendly reminders to everyone who hasn't answered yet, and stops if they aren't working. You only ever see the total count.

Does WeeklyTake track what my team does in ChatGPT or Copilot?

No. WeeklyTake doesn't connect to your AI tools and doesn't monitor anyone's activity. It asks people how things are going, and they choose what to tell you.

AI at work

How do I know if my team is actually using our AI tools?

Ask them, regularly and anonymously. Usage reports count logins, not whether the tool helps, and they miss the free tools people use on the side. Read: How to tell if your team is actually using AI

Why has my team slowed down since we started using AI?

Because new tools usually make people slower before they make them faster. Economists call this the productivity J-curve. The dip is normal; staying in it isn't. Read: Why AI tools slow your team down at first

What is a pulse survey?

A very short survey, usually one to five questions, sent on a regular schedule. It shows how people feel about one thing right now, instead of waiting for a long annual survey. Read: What is a pulse survey?

Why does my team stop answering surveys?

Usually because nothing seems to change. When people see their answers lead somewhere, they keep answering. That's why every WeeklyTake week ends with a short update from you. Read: Why your team stopped answering your surveys

How often should I check in with my team?

Weekly works while something new is rolling out. Keep it to one question so it stays easy. After things settle, every two weeks is enough. WeeklyTake lets you choose.

Can I use WeeklyTake for things other than AI?

Yes. It works for any change your team is going through: new software, a new process, a new hire's first weeks. We start with AI because that's where most owners are stuck right now.
