WeeklyTake

Privacy policy

Last updated: November 5, 2026

WeeklyTake is run by Goldmark Digital LLC ("we", "us"). This policy explains what we collect through weeklytake.com, why we collect it, and what you can ask us to do with it.

Right now, weeklytake.com is a website and an early-access list. The WeeklyTake service itself, the weekly check-ins, isn't live yet. Before it launches, we'll update this policy to explain how check-in answers are handled, and we'll let everyone on the early-access list know.

What we collect

When you sign up for early access, we collect:

  • your first name
  • your work email address
  • your company name
  • your team size
  • anything you write in the optional box about the AI tools your team uses
  • the date and time you signed up

When you email us, we receive your email address and whatever you write.

When you visit the site, our hosting provider automatically records basic technical information, such as your IP address, browser type and the pages you request, so it can run and protect the site.

We also use Google Analytics to understand how people use the site, such as which pages they visit, how they arrived, roughly where they are (country or city), what device they use, and whether they open or complete the early-access form. See "Cookies and analytics" below.

We don't collect payment details on this website.

How we use it

  • To let you know when WeeklyTake is ready, and to contact you about early access, including a possible pilot.
  • To reply when you get in touch.
  • To understand what kinds of teams are interested, for example team sizes and the AI tools mentioned.
  • To see which pages are useful and improve the site.
  • To keep the site running and secure.

We don't sell your information, we don't share it for advertising, and we don't use it to build profiles about you.

Cookies and analytics

We use Google Tag Manager to load Google Analytics. Google Analytics sets cookies (named _ga and _ga_ followed by an ID) that let it recognize a returning browser. These cookies last up to two years. We've turned off Google's advertising features, and we never send your name or email address to Google Analytics. We've set Google Analytics to delete this data after 14 months.

You can choose:

  • If you're in the European Union, the United Kingdom or Switzerland, Google Analytics stays off unless you click "Accept" in the cookie notice.
  • Everywhere else, Google Analytics runs unless you click "Decline".
  • You can change your choice at any time with the "Cookie settings" link at the bottom of every page.
  • If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal, we treat it as "Decline".
  • You can also use Google's opt-out add-on: https://tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout

We don't use any other cookies, apart from remembering your cookie choice in your browser.

Who we share it with

We share information only with the service providers we need to run WeeklyTake, and only so they can provide that service:

  • Lovable, which hosts the website and stores early-access sign-ups (using its database provider, Supabase).
  • Google, which provides Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager, and handles our email through Google Workspace.
  • Paddle.com, once we start selling. Paddle is our Merchant of Record for all orders. It processes payments, handles billing questions and refunds, and receives the details it needs to do that, such as your name, email address, billing address and payment information. Paddle handles that information under its own privacy policy: https://www.paddle.com/legal/privacy. We never see or store your full card number.

We may also disclose information if the law requires it, or to protect our rights or someone's safety. If the business is ever sold or merged, this information would pass to the new owner, who would have to keep following this policy.

How long we keep it

We keep early-access sign-ups until you ask us to remove them, or until 12 months after WeeklyTake launches if you haven't become a customer, whichever comes first. Google Analytics data is deleted after 14 months. We keep emails for as long as we need them to deal with what you wrote.

Your choices and rights

You can ask us at any time to:

  • tell you what information we hold about you
  • correct it
  • delete it
  • stop contacting you

Email hello@weeklytake.com and we'll reply within 30 days. You can also reply to any email from us to say you'd like to stop hearing from us. We won't treat you differently for asking.

Depending on where you live, for example California, the European Union or the United Kingdom, you may have extra rights under local law, including the right to complain to your data protection authority. We'll honor those rights where they apply. If you're in the EU or UK: we rely on your consent for early-access sign-ups and for analytics cookies, and on our legitimate interest in keeping the site secure for the technical information our host records.

Where your information is stored

We're based in the United States. Our service providers may store and process information in the United States and other countries.

Security

We take reasonable steps to protect your information. Only we can see the early-access list. No website or system is perfectly secure, so we can't promise that information will never be accessed without permission.

Children

WeeklyTake is for businesses. It isn't meant for anyone under 16, and we don't knowingly collect information from them.

Changes to this policy

If we change this policy, we'll update the date at the top. If a change is significant, we'll email the people on the early-access list before it takes effect.
